Sean Andrialis, LMSW
COUNSELOR & COACH
Sean brings a unique and dynamic perspective to Present Mind Counseling and Coaching (PMCC), blending a deep background in competitive sports marketing with a heart for clinical social work. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Sean specializes in working with teens, young adults, and individuals navigating the complexities of personal growth, identity, and life transitions.

A Mindful Approach to Growth
Sean’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that every challenge—whether on the court or in the classroom—is an opportunity for a "learning experience." With a Master of Social Work from New York University, he has developed a versatile therapeutic toolkit that includes Play Therapy, Expressive Therapy, and journaling. He is particularly skilled at engaging those who may find traditional "talk therapy" difficult, using creative outlets to help clients find their voice and express their frustrations in a safe, productive way.

From the Court to the Consulting Room
Before becoming a therapist, Sean spent over a decade in the sports industry, working with organizations like Major League Baseball (MLB) and NYC & Company. This background gives him a distinct edge in coaching, especially when working with student-athletes. He understands the pressure of competition and helps his clients "find meaning in the losses" while building the mental resilience needed for the wins.
His extensive experience in youth outreach—from leading Healthy Relationship Workshops for high school boys to coordinating college visits for first-generation students—allows him to connect authentically with young people from all walks of life.
